Honduras 18 Rabbit Women's Collective

Introducing 18 Rabbit Coffee, an exceptional organic coffee grown by a women-led co-op of about 100 farmers in the hills of Honduras. This collective, led by the trailblazing Dulce Marlen of Finca Dulce Luna, is known for its pioneering organic and Biodynamic farming techniques. Together, the farmers pool their harvests, ensuring high-quality coffee and fair compensation for all contributors.

This natural-processed coffee stands apart from traditional Honduran varieties with its bright, fruit-forward flavors. Look for notes of strawberry, watermelon, and apple, with a subtle sweetness of honey.  It's a versatile bean, delicious as a pour over or as a creamy and fruity espresso.
