Honduras Parainema

Producer Hildaly Leiva of San Vincente farm grew only a couple of bags of this rare Parainema varietal, known for its long, slender beans that thrive in Honduras. While still hard to find, Parainema is gaining popularity among local farmers. It’s a favorite Honduran varietal, thanks to its distinct flavor profile—vividly floral with an exceptionally creamy mouthfeel.

This coffee stands out with a complex, intriguing character, featuring notes of jasmine, mandarin citrus, peach, and rose.
